150g thin slice beef
1 thin slice ginger – shredded
1 carrot – wedges cut
1onion – wedges cut
2 potato – wedges cut
2 or 3 snow peas or green beans
2tbsp tbsp japanese soy sauce
1 tbsp hondashi
1 tbsp oil
1 cup water
Method
- Cut the carrot, potato, onion and green beans in to your preferred size.
- Heat the oil in a pan at a medium temperature; add the ginger till the smell came out, add beef, carrot, onion, potato, carrot and green beans, stir little bit
- Add the soy sauce, hondashi and water leaving to boil until the stock has reduced by half and simmer for a few minutes until the beef soft and tender
- Finally, add the snow peas if you don`t add green beans, serving
