Finely grated the pear or raddish into a large bowl, then add the beef ribs or thin sliced boneless beef and mix thoroughly. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the meat to tenderize
Combine the Marinate ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then pour it over the beef, mixing thoroughly until the beef well coated with the marinade sauce. Cover and marinate for a least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Heat a frying pan or grill pan over medium heat, until very hot and fry the beef, in small batches, for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the heat and transfer to serving plate. Garnish with the sesame seeds and fresh greens, ready for serving.
