Cucumber Kimchi

2 japanese cucumber - cut
1-2 tsp nampla sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
1-2 tsp inst. chili powder/dried chili - blend with little bit water or dry blend
1-2 tbsp grated japanese/chinese pear or white raddish
1-2 tsp honey or soft brown sugar or both

combine all ingredients then add cucumber, mixed well, ready for serving
