Ingredients1 litre water
4cm knob old ginger, smashed
4 tea bags
Honey to taste
2-3 slices lemon
Method
Bring water and ginger to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the tea bags and steep for 2 minutes to infuse the tea. Discard the ginger and add honey to taste. Serve the ginger tea with the lemon slices.
