Biskut Chocolate Chips

125gm butter
280gm soft brown sugar
2 egg
310gm plain flour + 1 tsp. bicarbonate soda } sifted
100gm choc-chip
100gm roasted almond nuts - cut into large chunks
50gm glazed orange peel
50gm raisins

  1. preheat microwave oven 200C or oven 180C
  2. sifted flour & bicarbonate soda then add in dried ingredients such as dried fruits, nuts and add in choc-chip into flour mixture then mix well
  3. beat butter & sugar until light & creamy, used spatula, add eggs one at one times beating well, then mix with no. 2 ingredients until smooth keep the dough inside refrigerator for few minutes, cover the basin with plastic wrap.
  4. cover on top of baking tray with baking paper,
  5. pour a few drops cooking oil on your palm then wipe overall of your palm
  6. take a small dough shape up like a ball, put into baking tray then flatten like a coin
  7. bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden browned,transfer & cool it down on wire rack
