- preheat microwave oven 200C or oven 180C
- sifted flour & bicarbonate soda then add in dried ingredients such as dried fruits, nuts and add in choc-chip into flour mixture then mix well
- beat butter & sugar until light & creamy, used spatula, add eggs one at one times beating well, then mix with no. 2 ingredients until smooth keep the dough inside refrigerator for few minutes, cover the basin with plastic wrap.
- cover on top of baking tray with baking paper,
- pour a few drops cooking oil on your palm then wipe overall of your palm
- take a small dough shape up like a ball, put into baking tray then flatten like a coin
- bake 12-15 minutes or until light golden browned,transfer & cool it down on wire rack
