Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream

bahan-bahan
3 cawan / 720gm plain yogurt
3/4 cawan / 150gm gula putih
sedikit garam halus (optional)

campurkan yogurt, gula dan garam (kalau guna). Kacau hingga gula larut. Bekukan dalam freeze selama 1 jam, sebelum dihidangkan letak dalam refrigerator selama 7-10 minit, biar ia lembut, gurih atau serih dengan garpu hingga gebu, ceduk guna senduk ice cream kedalam bekas yang disukai, hias dengan daun pudina, sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
3 cups (720g) plain yogurt or Greek-style yogurt
3/4 cup (150g) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation
Mix together the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla (if using). Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate 1 hour. Freeze in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions. sources from 101.cookbooks.com
